Extreme MP3 Player iAudio 7 arrives in US

COWON SYSTEMS has introduced its new extreme MP3 player with powerful features, the iAudio 7.

iAUDIO 7 is a flash memory-based player and available in 4 GB and 8 GB models.

The iAudio 7 presents a sophisticated urban style with a luxurious body of glossy black tone combined with silver and red accent lines, iAUDIO 7 has a 1.3 inch 260,000 color TFT LCD display and intuitive swing-touch buttons to enable convenient menu navigation with a single finger.

The iAudio 7 comes with the advanced EQ filter settings newly added for the first time in a portable MP3 player, Cowon iAUDIO 7 allows users to enjoy more fine-tuned sound according to the user's preference by adjusting the frequency and bandwidth of each band on the equalizer.

The battery supports continuous playback of up to 60 hours with just a single charge using either a USB or AC adapter. Therefore, you can enjoy hours of music without the hassle of repetitive recharging.

In addition to the powerful 52 mW output and Cowon's JetEffect sound effects including 5 Band Equalizer, BBE, Mach3Bass, MP Enhance, 3D Surround and Pan, iAUDIO 7 supports a wide variety of audio formats such as MP3, WMA, OGG, ASF, WAV and the lossless FLAC codec, as well as various video file formats including XviD. Furthermore, iAUDIO 7 also supports DRM.

It has many other convenient features such as a clock, alarm, sleep timer, FM radio scheduled recording, voice recording, direct encoding through a direct connection to CDP or cassette player, text and image file viewer. Another major advantage is the convenient UI that allows users to view or search text files while listening to music .
