Toshiba to launch 8GB SDHC card
Toshiba brings a smile to high-def lovers by announcing the world's first 8GB SDHC card so you can add the Panasonic HDC-SD1 to your shopping list. As once you load it up with the 8GB card it can shoot 120 minutes of video (6 Mbps) in full HD and 5.1 surround sound. SDHC cards are used in high-def digital camcorders and still camcorders.
The Toshiba 8GB SDHC card SD-HC008GT4 will hit stores by January 2007 in Japan for 40,000 Yen ($ 340).
