Panasonic heats up the Blu-ray burner market with the new SATA LF-PB371JD that writes data at an unprecedented 8x speed, and you will need to wait until September 13th (good thing that is not a Friday or it will come with a botched launch for the superstitious) before getting your grubby fingers on one.
